Election of Board of Directors and auditor The AGM re-elected the Directors Ola Rollén, Gun Nilsson, John Brandon, Sofia Schörling Högberg, Märta Schörling Andreen, Brett Watson and Erik Huggers as ordinary board members. Ulrika Francke, Henrik Henriksson and Patrick Söderlund had declined re-election. Ola Rollén was elected Chairman of the Board.
